The 650,000T cardboard paper project of Zhangjia gang City Huaxing Paper Co., Ltd.is implemented in three stages,taking over 52 hectares of land.The first stage involves the system project with the investment being US$30 million and annual output being 100.000 tibs if craft cardboard paper and the project started the foundation and construction on May 28.2003 and came into production on October 28.2004.with the major equipment involving the 3400\450 four-overlapping-net paper machine ,the natural-color wood pulp,AOCC,OCC pulping production line,the thermo-electric plant equipped with 2*35T\h circulation sulphurizing bed boiler,the 1*3MWturbine power unit the water supplying station the sewage disposal center the self-provided quay,the living and office facilities.
The second stage involves the project with the investment being US$52 million and annual output being 180.000 tons of grade A high strength corrugated paper and the project started on April 18.2004 and came into production on October 18.2006,with the major equipment involving the 5200\650 double-overlapping-net, AOCC.OCC pulping production line,the 75T\H circulation sulphurizing bed boiler,the 15MW turbine power unit,the sewage disposal works of 50.000m3 daily treating capacity.
The third stage involves 400.000T cardboard paper production line,with the total investment being RMB1 billion.After completion,the total of output of the thifd stage will be up to 650.000 tons,with the annual sales income exceding RMB2 billion and the profit & tax turnover exceeding RMB200 million and it will become a large-sized cardboard paper production base in the country.
